Refund Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

14-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a licence directly from this site and it isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. You don’t need a complicated reason — “it doesn’t suit my store” is enough — but telling us why helps us improve the plugin.

What's covered

  • Any new licence purchase made directly on this site, refunded within 14 days.
  • A licence that doesn’t work as documented, where our support team can’t fix it within a reasonable time.

What isn't covered

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Problems caused by a conflicting plugin, a custom modification, or a hosting limitation outside the plugin’s stated requirements (WordPress 6.6+, WooCommerce 8.3+, PHP 8.2+), where we haven’t had a chance to help you fix it first.
  • “Change of mind” refunds after your licence term has renewed — cancel auto-renewal before it bills instead.

How to request a refund

Email support@example.com with your licence key and the email address you purchased with. We may ask a couple of quick questions or offer to help fix the issue first, but we won’t make a refund difficult to get.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Once refunded, your licence key is deactivated and stops receiving updates; the plugin itself keeps working with your existing data, as it would after any licence lapses.

Renewals

A licence renewal isn’t covered by the 14-day guarantee in the same way as a first purchase, since you’ve already had a full term to use it — cancel auto-renewal from your account before the renewal date if you don’t want it to continue. If a renewal charge was clearly made in error, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Bought through a marketplace

If you bought through Codester, WPBay, AppSumo or another marketplace, refunds are handled by that marketplace under its own refund policy and timeframes, not this one. If you’ve exchanged a marketplace code for a licence key on this site, a refund still has to go through the marketplace you originally paid.

Preventing abuse

We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to refuse future purchases, where we see a clear pattern of repeated buy-use-refund behaviour. This is rare — the goal of this policy is to make trying the plugin low-risk, not to catch honest buyers out.
